In our production solutions, we always look to strike a perfect balance between people and technology. Embracing both these realms keeps us – and our clients – agile. Low volumes? Product changes on the way? Or looking to scale up now? If so, it’s likely that our people are a better solution than automation.
Our people
There’s two types of people in our organization. There’s Vetipak people who work on the line: they’re doers and produce valuable input. And then there’s Vetipak people along the line, like our engineers and packaging technologists. They never say ‘no’ and strive to do the impossible. One thing they have in common is that they all want to make a difference.
