TechnoFreak: unwrapped products in pouch bags

At Vetipak, we adore technology. As far as we’re concerned, you can’t over-automate! And we have robots do the work wherever possible. The result of this approach in our packaging lines is: smart, high-quality solutions. We always feature one of them in our TechnoFreak section, and this time it’s unwrapped products in pouch bags.

Via a weighing machine, products pass through the hopper to a packaging machine that makes a small plastic stand-up bag (with reclosable seal) and fills it immediately… not exactly an unusual route. However, what is unusual is that we can also process unwrapped products this way. Naturally, we adhere to all of the food safety requirements in doing so.
